Erica Bennett M.Ed., LAC
Erica is a Licensed Associate Counselor with a master’s degree in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Arizona University. With a bachelor’s in psychology and a background of working with individuals with disabilities, and the youth population in educational and career development. Erica recognizes that no one person exists without outside influence and that your family and the dynamics that come with it can make a huge impact in your daily lives.
This is why she is dedicated to supporting mothers and families in navigating the complex, beautiful, and often challenging journey of parenthood. Through her own experience, she understands the unique pressures and joys that families face in every stage of life.
Erica focuses on providing a compassionate, empowering space where mothers and other caregivers can explore their personal identities, cope with stress, and build resilience. She offers support in areas such as work-life balance, postpartum adjustments, career transitions, self-care, and emotional well-being, helping each client discover her strengths and create a fulfilling life that honors both their personal and family aspirations.
