Caitlin specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders.

Raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, Caitlin, her husband, and their children relocated to Arizona in 2017 to be near their most supportive family members. Her personal birth stories encompassing loss through miscarriage and four live births inspired her commitment to empowering, supporting, and nurturing mothers and families. Through fertility complications, healthy pregnancies, and the turbulent transition of the perinatal and postnatal periods, Caitlin is dedicated to promoting the wellness of families with compassion and grace.

Upon completion of her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a Minor in Addiction Studies from Washington State University, Caitlin discovered her passion for understanding the complexity of human emotion and behavior. With newfound clarity, Caitlin attained her Master of Science in Professional Counseling degree from Grand Canyon University, then solidified her drive to be a champion for mothers by achieving certification in treating Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), through Postpartum Support International. She has received specialized training in the art and neurobiological science of Brainspotting for perinatal populations. Caitlin is currently credentialed and licensed in the state of Arizona as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Caitlin’s vast network of service providers includes nurses, doulas, midwives, lactation consultants, perinatal psychiatrists, behavioral and mental health therapists, perinatal and pediatric chiropractors, pediatricians, pelvic floor PTs, connection to social support, and more.
