Caitlin Skeens MS, LPC, PMH-C

Caitlin is passionate about supporting moms and families through the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. After experiencing her own journey, including miscarriage, fertility struggles, and the joy of four live births, she understands firsthand how emotional and overwhelming these seasons can be.

Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Caitlin and her family moved to Arizona in 2017 to be closer to loved ones. Her personal experiences inspired her to focus on perinatal mental health, and she’s deeply committed to helping mothers find balance and healing with compassion and care.

Following a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Washington State University and a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University, Caitlin later attained specialized training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) and is certified through Postpartum Support International. She also brings expertise in Brainspotting, a powerful tool for working through trauma and emotional distress. Licensed as a professional counselor in Arizona, Caitlin’s goal is to walk alongside you, offering warmth, understanding, and practical support tailored to your unique needs using a trauma informed attachment based approach to therapy.

Caitlin collaborates with a wide network of perinatal professionals—including doulas, midwives, lactation consultants, and more—so that you feel fully supported in every aspect of your care. She sees you as a whole person and is here to help you navigate motherhood with grace, empowering you to embrace your own strength and wisdom.
