Elizabeth Ridl MS, LAC

Elizabeth is a Licensed Associate Counselor in Arizona with a focus for women in the perinatal and postpartum seasons of life. Her path has always been guided by a deep love for life in all its forms. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Arizona State University and later worked in the medical field alongside OB-GYNs and midwives, where she witnessed the beauty and challenges of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. She later planted new roots at the University of Phoenix, where she earned her master’s degree in counseling and grew into her calling to support women through life’s many seasons.

Today, as a perinatal and postpartum counselor, Elizabeth takes a holistic approach—honoring mind, body, and spirit as interconnected. She creates a warm, openhearted space for women to release the weight of perfectionism, soothe anxious thoughts, and reconnect with themselves during times of transition.

Elizabeth has been married for over ten years and is a homeschooling mom of two. She understands how motherhood can be both grounding and overwhelming, sacred and messy, and she invites her clients to embrace all parts of the journey. Sessions are offered through telehealth, allowing women to find support and healing from the comfort of home—whether that means on the couch with a cup of tea or rocking a newborn in their arms.

Feel free to reach out and connect to see if she might be a good fit as you walk your own path.
